Carrie Troutman, CEBS

Principal Client Responsibilities:
Ms. Troutman joined the firm in 2000 as an actuarial analyst and now also serves as a consultant to a number of local government pension and OPEB plans. She assists in and coordinates the preparation of actuarial valuations, Act 205 reporting forms, Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMOs), studies, Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) reports, and benefit calculations for her pension client base. She also prepares actuarial valuations of post-retirement benefits other than pensions (OPEB) for municipalities and school districts, working very closely with the plan actuary.

In addition, Ms. Troutman leads the development of the company's newsletter, the Public Employee Benefit Review, directs internal projects to assist clients in complying with Act 44 of 2009, and coordinates internal production during the biennial actuarial reporting cycle.
